[Joseph Smith] Nauvoo, Illinois. Joseph Smiths letter to Chicago newsman John Wentworth was published in the Church newspaper Times and Seasons, telling of the rise of the Church, giving an account of the First Vision, and including statements of belief that would become the 13 Articles of Faith.
